I am Stu Diamond, the owner and certified therapist / instructor at Diamond Health & Fitness.  The business has been developed since 2017 here in Murcia, Spain and has become a recognised and established business within the local community. 

Whilst from a sporting background having played football professionally and being a seasoned road runner, my passion developed into the area of sporting injuries / recovery and specifically supporting and encouraging others to maintain fitness and manage injuries. Having sustained several sporting injuries through my career, I have personal insight into the impact a Sports massage therapist can have on individuals physical and mental wellbeing. 

I combine qualified and certified services with an engaging and enthusiastic approach. I have a detailed and thorough working knowledge of physiology and anatomy, allowing me to confidently work with clients in the areas of injury rehabilitation and physical fitness. 

My aims and objectives have been to develop an inclusive and supportive environment where people not only feel comfortable to attend and engage in the services, but also enjoy and consider it to be a positive experience.  I consider all aspects of our services to be about the user and / or group, and the positive impact it can have in supporting them.
